Loved by dog people
Real walks, real friends.
A few notes from the first few hundred Playdate users in Oslo, Bergen, and Trondheim.
“Met a goldendoodle in Frogner Park last Wednesday. Otis lay on top of him for forty minutes. Both dogs declared this was, in fact, playing.”
MMaja & Otis“Three matches, two no-shows, one good friend. A pretty fair ratio for any kind of dating, I think.”
TTomas & Mabel“Bo is a Saturday-morning dog. There is, it turns out, an entire community of Saturday-morning dogs.”

How it works
Three steps to a better walk.
- 1
Add your dog
Breed, size, energy level, the embarrassing thing they do at the door. Takes about two minutes.
- 2
Swipe nearby
We won’t show a rottweiler to a teacup poodle — unless you say otherwise. Match on size, energy, and schedule.
- 3
Pick a park
When the swipe is mutual, agree on a spot and a time. Show up. Stay as long as the dogs are interested.
Stay in the loop
One short note a month.
Where Playdate is open next, what we’re building, the occasional bad photograph of a very good dog. Unsubscribe with one reply.
